Cancellation Policy Any regular order may be cancelled before shipment with no penalty. Special order or personalized item orders may be cancelled until the item has actually been made, and not after that. Return Policy No returns on special order or personalized items. For credit, refunds, or product replacement, the item(s) must be returned to us in the original packaging and condition. When returning items, please supply the following information (enclose in the package): WHO ARE YOU: Your shipping and billing address as it appeared on your invoice (or a copy of your invoice). ORIGINAL ORDER DATE: This is found on your original invoice. REASON FOR THE RETURN: We like to know so we can avoid future problems. WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE US TO DO: Should we exchange the item, credit your charge card, etc. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will refund your return postage. Otherwise, any original shipping fees are not refundable. If you paid by credit card, we will refund your credit card. If you paid by check, a check will be issued to you. Order and Shipping Information SCD is located in Northern California and we ship orders via US Priority Mail. Priority Mail generally takes up to 5 business days to reach you; please allow up to 10 days for delivery, depending on distance. In-stock items are generally shipped the next business day after your order is received. If you provide your email address, we will send you a confirming email giving your ship date and tracking number. If you need your order delivered very quickly, we offer 3-Day select, 2-Day Air, and Next Day Air services via U.P.S. or FedEx. Please call to arrange this service.
